“I am not sure if this review is for a single condo (311) or for the whole complex. 311 is lovely, very well stocked kitchen, extremely comfortable bed and couch. Balcony facing east was the perfect size for 2 chairs & a little table. As the pictures show, there is a beach view to the side. The bedroom closet was huge, as far as condo closets go. “Our one bedroom 6th floor beachfront condo had fantastic views. King bedroom, full kitchen, separate alcove with two bunk beds, two bathrooms with two full showers, living room, and huge balcony. The furniture, countertops, and decorations in our unit were a bit dated but everything was very clean. I'm more than happy to trade a very good room rate for a few dents and dings. Well maintained high-rise condo building with two outdoor pools, two outdoor hot tubs, and an indoor pool. Nothing to……

“Comfortable beds, great views, nice community. The only thing I would say is that you have to pay an additional 55 per car to park in the parking lot and that was an unexpected expense in addition to the overall rental cost. However I do believe there are similar parking fees at other properties. Thank you for the stay!”

“The balcony on both sides was great...if windy from one side you could get out of the wind on the other, plus both sunrise & sunset were visible. The condo having King beds in both bedrooms was a nice touch as well, though we only used 1 bedroom. We will keep this in mind for possible future visit with son and daughter in-law. ”
