“I couldn't have asked for a better place to rest our heads for the night. We went to the New York State Fair to see a concert and needed a place to sleep for one night. We looked at hotels in the area but due to the Fair, everything was overly priced and/or only hotels with poor reviews were available. We decided to take a chance with staying here and we're pleasantly surprised!! The host was communicative and helpful with ensuring we were comfortable with coming in after our trip to the Fair……

“The location is beautiful, walked in the morning around the property, close to Skaneateles and family on Otisco lake. Sara was responsive, easy checkin with late arrival. Place was clean, airy, comfortable bed, quiet. Thank you once again!!”

“Seamless check-in, lots of room for the family to spread out or all sit together at the same table. Pool is well cared for and there is plenty of shade and sun on the deck. Beds are comfortable, place was clean, 2 frig's! So nice to have bay access with a dock, fish we're caught! 5 minute drive to a wonderful winery or lake Ontario Stone beach in the other direction.”

“People were nice and place was clean. Dog barked all night and had somebody knock on my door at 1140 at night when I was in bed. Thankfully there was a bat to take to door just in case. Bathroom sink did not work. I think its their first time doing this so I would give them a break. ”

Amazing beach, stunning stone steps bordered by hydrangeas that were in full bloom. A truly delightful stay for my wife and I and our 3 kids.
