"1 .wellcoming staff are excellent 2 Inexperienced front desk staff (I gave her Marster card to pay for room deposit, but she asked for visa card.they asked for tax,but I have already paid by Expedia. 3. It was difficult to contact the housekeeping department to change for another pillow."
