「After traveling for 20 hours, anticipating our late check in for rest and relaxation only to find upon entering our room that it had a foul smell and it was filthy and uncleaned. The bathroom nasty with no towels or toilet paper. A filthy, roach infested apartment unit is what was presented to us. We immediately called the host to inform and inquire and her response was that the unit was cleaned but our standards differ. There was literally food left behind in the microwave. The guard was asking for clearance certificate from the owner of the property in which i dont have and not aware off. So this was a total waste of money and time not to mention the stressed they've caused us. 」
