“We came up to visit our son at UC Merced and this place was perfect! So much better than a hotel! The neighborhood is safe and allowed us to cook our own meals and play games as a family. Check in was simple and property owner answered all my questions! We would for sure stay again!”

“The home was clean, spacious, and fairly new. The host was responsive and accommodated a special request, which we appreciated. The amenities as a whole felt somewhat incomplete. The bed was not especially comfortable, very low to the ground and difficult to get out of. There was limited storage for clothing (no dresser and only a few hangers). We also found that a few basic household items were missing. Overall, we had a good stay, but a few additional comforts would make the property feel more……
