His best answer was that it was the red building on a street, up a steep hill.On the bright side, it was located close to the train station, and within reasonable walking distance of Center City.Getting hot water was tricky. "Fabulous hotel! The staff were lovely, the room was clean and comfortable, and the communal areas were just beautiful. The decor was stunning! Breakfast was incredible, and having the pub right next door was very handy - we had dinner and checked out the jazz band. Easy drive into Cork and 5 mins walk to Blarney Castle, so location is very good. Can’t recommend this hotel highly enough!"
