This was an easy check in and check out process. The staff had amazing recommendations for things to do in Galway and restaurants. Right of Quay and not a far walk from the bus/train station. Highly recommend

We spent 4 days here, yes it’s tiny, but the location and staff make it worth it. When you step out of the hotel you are in the heart of Galway. This was amazing for my friend and I. Everything was super clean and the staff was so kind. They gave us dinner recommendations and ways to spend our days. ...

Staff was not helpful when live music was blaring through my hotel room walls late at night. When called the front desk he basically told me “too bad”…….. I was offered a new room the next night. Room was adequate, fairly clean. Needs better lighting close to mirrors. The restaurant had some issues ...
