「What i loved the most is the beautiful aroma as you enter the suites, that invites you into what felt like a spa retreat! The cleanliness and softness of the bedding and fresh towels added to thr luxury experience. Entry and exit into the estate seems to be an inconvenience at first but definitely welcomed level of security. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality, we felt safe at all times.」

「After a 6 hour journey we arrived at the Capital Zimbali but main reception staff denied knowing about the apartment. We discovered the apartment is let by a private host and the hotel are fully aware of this. The reception could not have been any more unhelpful. A security guard kindly escorted us to the Welcome Centre, where a gentleman telephoned the main hotel and patiently explained that we were trying to book into the suite.
