“Osprey apartment had an large garden （probability the only among the region) which you'll hear minimum traffic at the balcony. Walking distance to the main beach/cafe area is about 5 minute, great if you are looking for a quite yet not too remote place to stay. “Location is good and quite near the Sunshine plaza and Maroochydore bus station. Room is large, clean and facility is modern. We lived here for five days. However, we felt disappointed that we could not find any dishes/plates and bowls provided even kitchen equipment (oven, microwave) was in there.”

“It is a great place to stay. The only downside I can see is that the staff are just not quite what you would expect from a hotel of the Ramada quality. And they do try and upsell you to the Wyndham program. Also, we have stayed there before and it seems there is no record of our previous stay, so it was like we were first time visitors. Would have been nice to be recognised as a frequent visitor to the hotel. But, as I state, we have stayed there before and will again. It's just little 'staff'……
