The amazing furnished flat is located in the centre of Balzers and is nevertheless very quiet. Restaurants, shops, hairdresser and bus stop are all in the immediate vicinity and can be reached on foot.
The flat is a 10-minute walk from Gutenberg Castle and can be visited all year round. The walk through the vineyard is definitely worth it if you are a nature lover and you have a breathtaking view.
In addition to the typical sights in Vaduz, you can go on wonderful hikes, go skiing or snowboarding, explore the nightlife and so much more in Liechtenstein!
Balzers is located on the border with Switzerland and offers many additional excursion possibilities. Thanks to the motorway, which can be reached in 4 minutes, you can get anywhere quickly.
The accommodation:
The kitchen is equipped with the essentials. Cooking on site is therefore no problem. Coffee machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, etc. are also available.
There is a working fridge and a small freezer compartment. A hob and oven are also available. The dining table offers enough space. In the warmer months, you can also eat on the terrace.
The guest bathroom:
The bathroom is spacious and has a bathtub as well as a shower. Bath salts, shampoo, shower gel and other small items are provided and you are welcome to use them. The many cupboards offer plenty of storage space.
A hairdryer and hair straightener are also available for use.
The bedroom:
The bedroom is furnished with a cosy double bed. There is also a sofa and a TV for relaxing evenings. There is also a small fridge for drinks, etc. The first snacks and drinks will be waiting for you when you arrive.
Another bonus is the walk-in wardrobe and the storage room, which offers additional storage space.
The terrace:
The terrace is equipped with garden furniture and an awning and can therefore be used at any time of day during the summer months.
The natural privacy screen grows a little more every year and invites you to linger on the terrace.
Good to know:
The beautifully furnished flat has free WiFi and the car parking space is directly in front of the house. Large walk-in wardrobe adjoining the bedroom and bathroom.
Nero, my cat also lives there - please do not feed him! However, you can pet and cuddle Nero as much as you like, he never gets enough of that...
The kitchen is a common area but I hardly ever use it as I don't cook - one of the few advantages of owning a restaurant.
