"Staff was incredibly accommodating and kind. The location is a bit further out which means you should plan travel accordingly. The rooms were clean and the staff gave you all the information you needed if you had to contact them."

"We adored our stay and wish we had more time to spend here. What a wonderful country setting in a traditional B &B. Beautiful chapel views from our room which also overlooked a sweet field with sheep. We were welcomed at the door and bid goodbye personally. The cooked to order breakfast was wonderful and thoughtfully prepared and laid out. We would love to return if we are lucky enough to do so. True gem!!! Suzie and Wes from Oregon."

"The hotel was old and uncomfortable. Didn’t find my booking and had to wait around for over 30 minutes for it to be confirmed despite showing evidence the room was booked.
Won’t stay again. "

"Lovely modern hotel with fantastic views, clean and well appointed rooms. Breakfast was fantastic quality and served in a buffet style with plenty of variety.
We ate at the Fourteen Sky Bar & Restaurant which was beyond amazing, a great atmosphere, friendly staff and the food was delicious with a great choice of wine too.
The only two issues which were "annoying" was the open access to the Restaurant / bar area, whilst sat eating I counted at least 30 tracksuit wearing kids simply coming up to look out of the balcony; and secondly the access of UBER, this may not be the hotels fault but never the less it was a huge annoyance, you have to walk 5 minuets up the road to be picked up, it was warm and sunny this morning so OK but if it were raining this would not work.
I know this is a mixed opinion, but if they sort the UBER / Taxi access and limit entrance to the roof to "paying guests / diners" then you have a 10 out of 10 location / hotel / restaurant."
"Wonderful stay at the Lygon Arms, free and convenient parking. Ideally located right in the heart of Broadway. Bookings for dinner are recommended for both restaurants, excellent cocktails are the bar (no cocktails available at the Tavern). Staff all very friendly and welcoming. Lots of walks right from the hotel. Delicious breakfast with lots of options. The spa has very nice changing rooms and showers. Would definitely return.
The two small issues we had was our room was right on the High Street (accessed through the dining room) so there was a lot of street noise in the evening with the windows open during the summer as there is no air-con. As our room was only accessible by walking through the dining room, we were told we couldn't wear the provided dressing gowns/slippers when we had to walk through in the dining room when going to the pool/spa and for a massage, so had to bring a change of clothes. I understand the policy completely, but it would have been nice to have been told this ahead of time and given the option to change rooms. When staying again we will request room off the high street and with freer access to the amenities."
