This was a solid hotel. The staff was wonderful, and the room was very comfortable. My only complaint would be with the location, as there wasn’t a whole lot around the surrounding area

Good location. Ladies at the desk were very helpful. Good choice if you want something cheap. The room was in poor condition and needs a remodel. The wallpaper is peeling and there are stains on the carpet.

Spacious, clean, quiet, comfortable. More like a 4-star hotel than the advertised 2 stars. Maybe the only weaker point is the location, which is not perfect, but is also not bad either. If I come back to Brunei, I will certainly consider staying there again.

I recently stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and 4 days, and I have to say, it was one of the best hotel experience I've ever had. The staff were incredibly friendly and kind, and even went above and beyond to provide me with dinner for Ramadan. This was such a blessing and saved me from having to go out and buy dinner. Not only that, but the food was absolutely delicious! Thank you to the staff for making my stay a truly memorable one.

Used for a solo-vacation. Not super clean and pretty old, but for a solo, had no issues, was worth the price. Breakfast was served at a place nearby, only 3 types of dishes served. Overall satisfied considering the very low price (below 50 SGD).
