The home was precious. It had old home feel with upgraded amenities. It was within walking distance to many places that we visited and less than a block from the 12th street cowboy bar, which is where we spent New Years. It couldn’t have been more convenient. We highly recommend and will be back.

Bike Rally

My group booked this property for the weekend of the Thunder in the Hills Rally. It was in the perfect location. We were able to walk most places that we wanted to. The covered the parking for the bikes was greatly appreciated. The room was spacious and clean. The downstairs seating area was perfect for the evening. I loved this place!

Nice place with great backyard for bringing along the dogs

Older converted home that was comfortable and included what we needed. The yard was fantastic and location was ideal. Our only issues were really with the fact that the 3rd bedroom did not have a heater and got incredibly cold at night (it was rainy and 41 degrees outside - not much warmer in there). The woman staying in there ended up sleeping on futon in bigger room so she could be warm at night. We also had one roll of toilet paper and never could find anymore anywhere in the house. But it was clean and very centrally located. Nice hot water in shower and comfortable beds.

First the positive, the kitchen has been redone and looks very nice. The location was fantastic to be right in downtown. I would not rent again in the summer! 2 of the 3 rooms did not get below the mid 80's the first night and made it impossible to sleep well. The bathroom and kitchen never were able to be cooled to any degree and remained very warm the entire time. The key pads have recurring codes for multiple guests and there is not even a flimsy chain to deter anyone from entering. Never felt that safety was a concern.

Perfect location just behind 11th Strret bar. Loud music at night but we were forwarned. Great management. Perfect for us‼️
