Beautiful building and unique location. Comfortable room and wonderful dining experience! Staff a little inexperienced but very helpful and friendly. Poor communication between restaurant and hotel had us very nearly not being charged for dinner. You shouldn’t have to rely on the honesty of your guests! Otherwise faultless.

Must be a shadow of it former self

Photos does really not match reality. Outside areas are rundown, the rooms are dark, outdated, far from luxurious. Cosmetic line is all-in-one industrial brand. Price is far from expectation. We were really disappointed and will not come back. On the plus side the restaurant served an excellent dinner and the service was great. Had the whole hotel had the same standard it would’ve been acceptable. Come for dinner, stay elsewhere

De locatie is werkelijk prachtig! Personeel is vriendelijk, kamers zijn schoon, een fantastisch onbijt en een mooie prijs. Alleen jammer genoeg deed de verwarming het niet goed, dus was overal redelijk fris. We waren er in februari waar er buiten een gure wind waaide.

Vi boede i gården, og en på værelse i hovedhuset. Savnede badehotels stemningen på værelset i gården. Men helt bestemt et dejligt ophold og kommer gerne igen.

Værelset var pænt, lækkert og virkelig hyggelig. Personalet var så flinke ligesom sidst, og opmærksom på om man manglede noget. Selvom der var rigtig mange mennesker ( dinning weekend) Morgenmaden var helt perfekt ligesom sidst Det er et sted hvor atmosfæren indbyder til hygge, grin, man føler sig hjemme. Og så har man lyst til at komme igen.

Resepsonisten lod mig vente længe til indtjening, i restauranten skulle mange gæster spørge om service og om hvor der bestilling blev af, vi ventede længe, fik dog en flaske vin uden beregning, og da maden kom var min sovs kold, men perfekt stegt bøf.. Men venlig personale..

Et kort ophold på Lolland

Dejligt rent værelse men med små hovedpuder og hård seng. Havde en lille terrasse med udsigt til park, nemt at parkere med mulighed for opladning af elbil. Et hyggeligt hotel. Dog var vi skuffet over deres morgenbuffet, som ikke levede op til forventningerne sat ud fra stedet prisniveau. Så vi var glade for at vi havde fået en god deal på værelset.

Hotellet ser fint ut, inte alls anpassat för dem med gångsvårigheter. Ingen hiss och tunga trappor. Duschslang läckte rejält, duschkabinens dörrar var tunga och delvis ”ur spår”/trasiga. Maten i restaurangen var ok men maken fick väldigt rött kött i hamburgare vilket rättades till. Servicen mindre bra, vid utcheckning upplevdes personal som sur, liksom personal vid frukost. Totalt en besvikelse för oss. Det bästa var skön säng och kudde.

Dejligt sted. Desværre beskidt udendørs sauna med en dør der ikke kan lukkes. Laaaang ventetid i restauranten hvor vi fik god menu . Almindelig morgenmad med kolde blødkogte æg. Købte overnatning til 900kr med morgenmad. Samlet ok

Hyggelgt hotel, med fin beliggenhed

Var der kun en enkelt nat, så har ikke afprøvet alt, men der var en lille, fin strand lige nedenfor hotellet, værelset havde både strygejern og kaffe, restauranten var god og morgenmaden varieret og lækker. Som en lille bonus var der en smuk solopgang om morgenen 👏☀️. For os var det et perfekt sted til et lille stop på Lolland.
