The house is composed of an air-conditioned living-dining room opening onto the loggia with a glimpse of the sea, a separate kitchen, 2 air-conditioned bedrooms and a bathroom with toilet. You have a sleeping area on the ground floor of the house which can be used as a bedroom if necessary. It is an excellent price/surface ratio. The well-maintained land of more than 500 m² is a definite plus for families who benefit from a good location in relation to the sea and the city center. The railway line passes above the land. We require a 25% deposit. The balance must be paid 1 month before entering the premises and at the latest 2 weeks before your arrival, except in the case of last-minute bookings. Tourist tax is due to the owner for each tenant over 18 years old. The amount is that specified by the tourist office. Final cleaning is included and included in the price. For added comfort, you can choose to have sheets and towels provided for €25 per single bed and €35 per double bed. All arrivals on Sundays and public holidays will be charged €100 extra. Our agricultural producers welcome you from April to September every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. to offer you fresh local products (fruits, vegetables, eggs, bread, cheeses, honey, etc.). The markets of Sanary, Bandol, Saint Cyr etc. take place every day, and the large markets take place on Tuesday in Bandol, Wednesday in Sanary and Thursday in Saint Cyr.
