“I love this hotel. ”

“The room was clean and nice. The A/C was broken but was offered another room. I decided to stay and just get a fan because pretty much I was the only one hot. Staff was friendly and nice. ”

“Large, clean room; totally satisfactory for our one nights stay in La Crosse. Not walkable to the downtown-you must drive to the area where the restaurants and bars are.”

“Staff was great and very welcoming. Room was fresh and spacious with pull out couch. Breakfast was a hit for sure! The two down falls that we had where the doors close very loudly and the pool chemicals burned our eyes. The first night a teenage girl soccer team was staying there and we could hear doors getting closed throughout the whole night. We couldn't hear them talking, but you could hear them coming and going from their rooms with each door getting opened and closed. Whenever I left……

“This was our first time in La Crosse and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff were very helpful and professional. The breakfast was so good and they did a great job keeping everything well stocked and replenished when it got low. The room was clean and well prepared for us-we will definitely stay here again next time we are in La Crosse. ”

“Double queen suite was very comfortable and spacious for our family’s stay. Close to downtown and the river, lots to walk to. Beds very comfortable. Pool and hot tub nice- a bit small but we loved hanging out there regardless. Easy check in and check out.”

“We had a great stay and this is an excellent hotel for your children. HOWEVER, the kids pool area was so slippery. The steps up to the slides and the area where the slides are, are SO SLIPPERY! My 2-year-old fell down multiple times and it was kind of stressful to make sure he got up and down them safely. ”

“Unfortunately, the fridge did not seem to work as we turned it to the coldest setting and it never got cold. We had to keep breast milk cold so we had to use ice and the ice bucket but it worked. I would have come down and mentioned it last night but my daughter had to go to sleep right away. Also, I noticed some mold on the ceiling above the light in the bathroom his morning. Otherwise, the room was great and the staff has been so kind and friendly! Also, the food in the restaurant is……
