“Our family of 5 (6, 9, 12) had a great time staying here for our kids first UGA game and first trip back to Athens in at least 15+ years. The apartment was incredibly clean and perfect for our family, with a twin over full bunk in one room, and a queen in a spacious 2nd br. They thoughtfully left us some breakfast food in the fridge and also made sure we had plenty of bottled water when there was an issue with the water main. “We absolutely loved our stay here. The room was clean and the company was very friendly and offered easy and quick communication. If I had one small complaint, it would be the couch bed. It was okay for the small kids, but adults couldn't use it. The location was great and we loved being on the river and next to the park while still within an easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. “The managers of the property were awesome!! The room was nice. Very centrally located to restaurants, and downtown. For older people with limitations or disabilities make sure you get on the ground floor, as there is no elevator. We needed an extra blanket, which the office gladly provided upon request. There were no amenities in the room, other than soap, towels, toilet paper, coffee maker and filters. So you have to buy or bring everything and haul it up 1 or 2 flights of stairs. Owners……
