Hot water in kitchen was like warm and had to boil the jug to do the dishes. Some people may like other properties that have a pool access but this had all that we needed including a dryer. It was very good to have everything on one level - many rentals are two story town houses. The lawn on the property is ore weeds than grass but overall very good.”
