The home is equipped with AC and a GENERAC whole-house backup generator, ensuring comfort during mountain storms or power outages (which can happen often in the winter). Exterior-only security cameras monitor the front entrance and driveway for safety; there are no interior cameras or cameras in private outdoor areas.
