Welcome to your mountain escape. This brand-new construction blends modern comfort with rustic charm. The open-concept living area features massive windows framing Grandfather Mountain and long-range mountain views. Step outside to enjoy the fresh air, relax in the private hot tub, or sip coffee while overlooking the pond. Relax with family and friends at the custom fire pit.

With 4 spacious bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, there’s room for up to 10 guests. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for family meals. The lower level features a fun game room perfect for kids and adults, complete with games and plenty of space to hang out.

Whether you're here to ski at Beech or Sugar Mountain, hike Grandfather Mountain, visit downtown Banner Elk, or just relax with incredible views, this home is perfectly located for it all.
