Our Short Term Rental is the ideal base for your winter escape, offering modern comfort with a touch of rustic charm. Whether you're here to hit the slopes or simply relax and take in the breathtaking views, Sugar Mountain in Fall / Winter promises unforgettable memories.

From your private balcony, there is a breathtaking mountain view, just perfect for your getaway. The new clubhouse is open and ready for your enjoyment. It has a heated indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, & fitness room, as well as tennis courts and outdoor grilling areas.

***Important Note:*** Depending on weather Omas Meadow could be closed, which would mean you would need to walk 1500' to Crossover and Switchback slope.

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment is excellent: super well-furnished, beautifully maintained, very clean, and fully equipped with everything you need. The kitchen has all the essential appliances and everything feels new and high-quality.The elevated bed by the window is a huge plus – it is amazing to relax there and look out at the slopes. The balcony with the table is also incredible, a great spot to enjoy the view. The location right by the lift is perfect if you already know how to ski, and the country club with the heated pool was a fantastic bonus during our stay.It is also only about an 8-minute drive to the Sugar Mountain ski resort area where you can rent equipment and access everything easily. Overall, an amazing place to stay and we would definitely come back!

Ski trip!

Took my son skiing for his first time, and we had the best weekend! Loved being able to walk right onto the slope and start our days. The condo was so nice and clean, and comfortable. We appreciated it after a fun day in the slope to be able to relax. Joey was super responsive and accommodating. We would stay here again for sure!

Nice spot for two.

Nice upscale decor. Just the right size for two. Approx 100 yards from the slopes so a quick walk and your there. Easy to get in and out. Parking right in front. Great view of sunrise and sunset over the mountains and valley. Beat the crazy sugar crowds and enjoy a stress free ski trip.
