THE SPACE

3 bedrooms/2 full bathrooms on the main level. Master bedroom features a king bed and own bathroom. Two other bedrooms feature queen beds.

The bottom level contains 2 bedrooms (one king bed and one queen bed, each with a futon for extra sleeping space), each with it's own full bathroom. Both bedrooms walk right onto the lower level deck to enjoy your morning view.

All bedrooms come equipped with a Smart TV.

On the main level, the living room looks out over Sugar Mountain and has a wood burning fireplace. The loveseat has a recliner on each end along with two other reclining chairs for ultimate comfort. The couch has a pullout sofa for extra sleeping space. The dining room table and kitchen look out over Sugar Mountain, so enjoy the spectacular views!

Sugar Mountain Ski Resort is only a 4 minute drive away, and there is a bus stop that takes you to the resort right by the house. Grandfather Mountain is only a 20 minute drive away. The house is located near a plethora of restaurants and Wilderness Run Alpine Coaster is just a one minute drive away! So much to do and so close to Banner Elk, Boone, Linville, Blowing Rock, and more!!!

Guests have access to the entire house.
