"The room was extremely clean and spacious. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. I opted for lounge access and had an extensive range of choices for breakfast. The evening light food was also great! Very happy and it was one of the most well maintained 5-star hotels in Jakarta and Tangerang. I also highly recommend their spa and body treatment. It was so relaxing. I would definitely stay at Tentrem for my next visit to Jakarta!"

Airport transfer is super, they guided me in the 3 Terminal Exit.
Breakfast is fine. There’s a lot of choice.
My only complaint is :The hot water pool and the cold water pool not very clean."
