「Overall the hotel is very good. the service is nice and all the staffs are very friendly. However, I have to mention about the kitchen. the food is really bad. any restaurant in town cooks better than the hotels kitchen. and there are many mosquito and fly in public area.」

「We loved staying at Plataran Menjagen. The beautiful Villa was extraordinary. The Eco-Friendly resort had every thing we had hoped for and more with monkeys and deer running around and coming close to our Villa. The Villa had a sand beach and lagoon. We had the lagoon and beach all to ourselves. The surrounding environment is gorgeous. Very clean and beautiful plants everywhere. A wonderful restaurant a few feet away from our Villa. The Spa therapists were incredible!!! Breakfast is...

「We happened to be at this resort in the low season so we had the place to our selves. The only issue was due to the low season the menu was limited. The breakfast was fantastic every day and the dinnners we did have were vewry good.」

"The hotel is fantastic and huge! I stayed on the 9th floor and the view is incredible!! I could see the farm, the volcano and the town. The staff are nice and friendly. I felt like I was treated exclusively. I love every corner of this hotel. It worths every penny, every second."
