“Do not book this hotel!! It is closed! Can you imagine how I felt annoying, when I found out the hotel has been closed several months?! I was very angry, when I found out that I had to go to their sister hotel. I didn’t get any email about that!”

“I was looking for the entrance when I arrived there; however, I couldn't find any logo or indication. Eventually I asked a nearby security to indicate where it was, which was at the back side of the building. I would suggest them to describe it or attach photo via email to the customers. The location was good, near the stores, supermarkets, restaurants. Also walking distance to the bus station. ”

“Was very noisy couldn’t sleep, water was cold when i was showering, towel need to be requested as they don’t change them regularly, only one small and one big towel, room had smell and had to open window in the morning, i would not go there again”

“Had a lovely 2 day stay at The Sheraton, lovely clean hotel, great breakfast, comfy bed and a fantastic spa and inside pool. There is an outdoor pool but we didn’t use it. Highly recommend it! Despite the above, the jewel in the crown is the staff, from reception, room cleaning, spa and restaurants they are great but a special mention to the young barman in the Sports Bar - he was great!”
