Ein enttäuschender Aufenthalt

Wir hatten 11 Tage gebucht, sind jedoch nach 4 Tagen abgereist.Bei Ankunft haben wir das Haus in diesem Zustand vorgefunden: in Teilen von Küche/ Eingang und Bad stand Wasser, an den Außenwänden von Schlafzimmer und Küche / Wohnzimmer bis zu einer Höhe von 0,5m Ausblühungen und abgeplatzte Farbe - Feuchtigkeit, schlecht geputzt (in Ecken, Backofen, Spüle-Abfluss undicht)Anruf und geschickte Fotos unserer Beschwerden an den Verwalter und Fewo-direkt, Frage nach Ersatzunterkunft verneint.Ja, schnelle Reaktion, der Wasserboiler war undicht, dieser wurde noch am gleichen Abend repariert. Eine Putzfrau hat am nächsten Tag das Haus gründlich 4 Stunden gereinigt, am übernächsten Tag Handwerker, die die Wände verputzt haben - eine optische Lösung. Weitere Handwerker für den folgenden Tag angekündigt.Es wurde uns für unseren Ärger 3 Tagesmieten als Rückerstattung versprochen - diese haben wir nicht erhalten.Wir wurden aufgefordert, das Entfeuchtungsgerät anzuschalten, den Behälter haben wir mehrmals täglich geleert. Alle Textilien waren klamm, die Koffer haben wir erst gar nicht ausgepackt.Ja, das Wetter war schlecht, wir hätten uns jedoch mit einer Unterkunft, in der wir uns wohl gefühlt hätten, arrangiert, aber niemals den URLAUB abgebrochen.Wir haben bei Ankunft einen einwandfreien Zustand der Unterkunft erwartet.Ein Verwalter muss nicht zwingend vor Ort sein, wenn alles gut läuft...Bedauern und Entschuldigungen über die vorgefundenen Probleme haben uns nicht geholfen.

Eine EINMALIGE Angelegenheit

Die Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer war eine Luftmatratze. Die Klimaanlage sind zwei Ventilatoren. Die Wasserzufuhr zur Toilette war derart minimal, das man die Toilettenspülung mit Wasser aus dem Eimer unterstützen musste, denn der Spülkasten benötigt um die 20-30 min um wieder einsatzbereit zu sein. Da die Waschmaschine keinen Aquastop hat, läuft diese immer wieder mit Wasser voll und wenn man die Tür der Maschine nicht richtig schließt, wie in unserem Fall geschehen, steht das Haus unter Wasser. Der Verwalter war bemüht das nötigste zu regeln Wir würden das Haus nicht mehr mieten und werden es auch nicht weiter empfehlen, im Gegenteil! Das einzig positive ist die Lage der Immobilie.

La casa era perfetta completa di tutto il necessario. Bellissimi i tramonti dal nostro giardino. In ottima posizione per visitare tutta la Costa della Luz. Juan e' stato sempre presente e ci ha fornito utili suggerimenti su cosa visitare e dove mangiare. Una vacanza da ripetere.

Wer Ruhe, Natur und Einfachheit mag, ist hier richtig

In der Vorsaison für uns ein passender Ort, einsame Strände, ruhig gelegenes Haus große Liegewiese. Die Ausstattung nur ausreichend, die Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig.

Schöner Urlaub

Es war ein schöner Urlaub in Rauls Ferienhaus. Raul war immer sehr hilfreich und höflich. Das Haus war sauber und der Garten gepflegt. Super Lage, schöne Strände in Umgebung. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Très bel endroit

Super plan pour y emmener son ou ses compagnons à 4 pattes. Propriété fermée les chiens étaient en liberté. Nous avons bien sûr respecté la propreté des lieux qui etaient tres bien entretenus. Nous avons trouvé facilement tous les commerces à quelques km. Pour chaque question nous avions qq qui nous répondait par téléphone. Nous reviendrons à une autre saison. Il y a tout ce qu'il est nécessaire dans la maison.

Zona increíble

Un gran lugar para relajarse y descansar. Muy tranquilo. Una hermosa propiedad y alrededores. El jardín es fantástico. Nuestro perro disfrutó quedándose allí y no quería irse. La playa está a unos 10 minutos a pie y es impresionante. Un gran lugar para alojarse para ir y ver otras playas y pueblos. Volveremos algún día como fue increíble

El alojamiento se ajusta a la descripción del anuncio. Mucha tranquilidad y muy aprovechable el jardín para nuestros niños. La información de la zona que facilita Juan Miguel también es muy buena.

Buena zona.

Queríamos una zona cerca de "Las Dunas" para poder pasear cerca del Faro, disfrutar de sus playas y la urbanización está justo frente al carril que da hacia ellas. Y también que la casa fuera tranquila, que pudiéramos disfrutar de la naturaleza y así fue. Casita con todo lo necesario y en plena naturaleza, con un gran jardín para disfrutar tanto con niños como con mascotas, en nuestro caso. Nos encantó. Pd: pudimos ver a las vacas muy cerca como en las fotos. El propietario muy agradable, sin ningún problema :).

Genial estancia.

Hemos pasado un par de noches aquí y nos ha encantado, tiene un vallado enorme para que pudieran jugar los perros, una barbacoa en el jardín y la casa es muy apañada. El propietario es muy amable y todo ha sido bastante correcto. Repetiremos sin duda y lo recomiendo 100%.
