This luminous and comfortable, air-conditioned apartment is situated near the beach area in Vila Olímpica neighborhood, close to Born and Ciutadella Park.



The apartment is ideal for families with children, couples or digital nomads looking for a quiet place to work at. If you come by car or you have rented one, this place is ideal as it has private parking included.

The apartment has a capacity for up to 8 people distributed in 3 bedrooms with 2,5 bathrooms:



Bedroom 1: 1 Double size bed with AC

Bedroom 2: 2 Single beds (convertible into double bed) with AC

Bedroom 3: 2 Single beds (convertible into double bed) with AC and a double sofa bed



*Please let me know before your arrival if you need a special bed distribution, as sometimes the beds are already converted into double bed*



2 Full bathrooms with shower and WC + 1 Toilette with WC only

Vila Olimpica neighborhood is one of the legacies of the 1992 Olympic Games in Barcelona. The area served as accommodation for the delegations participating from different countries. Nowadays, the buildings have been updated and are now local\'s residencies.

Near the area you will find the Olympic Port with many options for restaurants and leisure activities. Also in the area you will find The Ciutadella Park, considered one of the city\'s lungs, hosting The Barcelona Zoo and the Parliament. Great place to relax, walk or excercise outdoors.
