Ampersand is a 2-Bedroom, 1-Bathroom, 807 sqft / 75 sq.m. apartment with a small terrace located in the lively Gracia neighbourhood.
The Space:
Upon entry to Ampersand, the feeling of ample space hits you as soon as you arrive into the large living room, complete with a flat-screen Smart TV facing a cosy leather sofa. There is also a large dining table with seating for up to 8 guests, which leads to a small terrace with table and chairs, perfect for enjoying outdoors.
The bright and modern kitchen is equipped with the latest appliances, and an additional TV. It also includes a washing and a drying machine.
The master bedroom features a comfortable queen bed, flat-screen TV, dressing room with storage and even an elliptical exercise machine. You are able to access the bathroom from this bedroom, but it is also accessible from the main hallway. The bathroom features both a shower over bath with whirlpool setting, and a generous walk in shower. The toilet and a second sink are separated from the shower/bath area by sliding doors.
Next to the kitchen area, we find the second bedroom, consisting of a Murphy bunk bed to comfortably accommodate two extra guests, but can also be folded away to create a home office if needed, there is also an additional TV.
IMPORTANT: For stays from 31 nights onwards, and in compliance with Spanish regulations (Alquiler de Temporada), guests must sign a stay contract and provide personal and stay details.

The Neighborhood:
Colourful Gracia was once a town in its own right before becoming another Barcelona neighborhood in the late 19th century. Unsurprisingly then, it retains a strong sense of identity and a community feel. The buildings are low-rise, with plenty of examples of art nouveau architecture. It’s popular among artists and 20- to 30-somethings, thanks to its distinctly bohemian vibe and dynamic restaurant and bar scene. If you’re in town in August, don’t miss the barrio’s Festa Major, an annual weeklong street fair that’s a fixed highlight of Barcelona’s cultural calendar.

Cars can stop for a while just in front. Nearest metro stop is Joanic (L4) and Verdaguer (L3)
