Our stay at the hotel was pleasant. The room was clean and the staff were lovely. The location was definitely the highlight, it’s in a central location. The main downside is the rooftop pool which is tiny, couldn’t swim in it. And the breakfast could have had more options.

Clean room, friendly staff, breakfast buffet available, AC, elevators, there is a pool on the roof top but we didn’t have time to use it. Close to main attractions and Michelin star restaurants. Taxis are easy to obtain without uber or Lyft (affordable). Alejandro from the hotel desk, the restaurant staff and front door gentlemen were so helpful and friendly. We had a great time. WiFi was choppy and we heard a little the elevator at night but we were able to sleep without trouble. Really recommend this hotel!

Beautiful hotel. We had the family suite which consisted of two rooms connected by a hallway and it was very comfortable for us. The location is a bit further away from the old town but it's a lovely neighborhood with shopping, restaurants, beautiful buildings and tree-lined streets. The metro station is just down the block and cabs were easily available. Gaudi's Casa Mila and Casa Batllo are a short walk away. The only cons were: - The pool was quite small and shallow (only .76 meters or 2.5 feet deep). But the rooftop next to the pool was lovely and a nice place to enjoy some drinks and snacks. - The breakfast selection was just ok.

The Catalonia Boulevard is perfectly located in the Eixample district, walkable to Passeig de Gràcia, Gaudí landmarks, and some of the city's best restaurants. The lobby alone sets the tone: elegant, well-designed, and welcoming. The rooms are comfortable and modern, exactly what you'd expect from a well-run city hotel. But the real highlight for me was the restaurant: the steak tartare is an absolute must. Don't skip it. One honest note: on my first full day, the WiFi was completely down, which was particularly inconvenient as I was traveling for work. However, what turned a frustrating situation into a positive memory was the staff: a team member personally came to find me to let me know the issue had been resolved. That kind of proactive, attentive service is rare and genuinely appreciated. Would stay here again without hesitation.

Tucked in between the most beautiful thoroughfares in Barcelona, Passeig de Gracia y Passeig de Catalunya, this hotel is a gem. It's super comfy without being pretentious, with bars with nice, tasty Spanish bites both in the lobby and terrace (6th floor) level. The room was very nice, they cared enough to add an extra bed for my son. Having been before to the Catalonia hotel in Bilbao, I strongly recommend Catalonia Boulevard in Barcelona, and other hotels in this chain, to anyone in search for a boutique experience that is conveniently located, and nice without unnecessary flare

Upon arrival, we were greeted and graciously welcomed by the staff, which was wonderful, especially after a 12+ hour flight. The room was very clean and supplied with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The location was GREAT; very walkable to a variety of cuisine, shopping, entertainment, and public transportation (tram/bus). This hotel is not ideal for travelers with personal vehicle, as I did not see designated parking spaces or a valet service. If considering this hotel for your stay, I would strongly encourage booking.

The hotel staff was extremely friendly, they assisted with our Uber pick up, texting the driver he has the wrong location. They also recommended a few good restaurants for us to try out. On top of that they offered us a bottle of mineral water and two glasses of wine, just for signing up for the rewards program. Their breastfast buffet has a lot of options, never ever bored of our 3 mornings and two nights of stay. On our last day we try out their rooftop swimming pool, after a hot day venturing out, it's a nice to dip in the pool sipping glasses of wine.
