Charming, Stylish, cozy loft with Terrace

Welcome to the wonderful Loft in Gràcia with a large and private 30m2 terrace, solarium area and community pool! In addition, you have the option of parking in the building for €25/day (optional). The apartment is very well located, with the Joanic metro station (L4) within walking distance, which makes it easy to access the main points of interest in Barcelona.

This Holiday Loft in Gràcia with Terrace and Pool has an open layout, which means that the rest areas are not private. On the first floor, you will find a spacious living room with direct access to the private terrace and, from there, to the community pool. The sofa in the living room can be transformed into a comfortable double bed. If you go up the stairs to the mezzanine, you will discover another double bed and a living area with another double sofa bed. On this same floor, there is a full bathroom with a bathtub/shower. In addition, you will have clean towels and bed linen for a comfortable and pleasant stay.

✅ Please note the following important information before booking:

-: The Property Manager will send you bank details like (IBAN: ES97 2100 **** **** **** 4518) exact after the reservation to make the 100% payment (Check your spam/junk mail folder too).

-: The remaining tourist tax must be paid atleast 2 days before check-in by online check-in system or on arrival.

-: A security deposit will be preautherized on credit/debit card upon check-in at our office or by Online Link. We will process the refund of the deposit within 14 business days.

-: Travel cot/ High Chair:
Price: 20.00 EUR / Day / Item. It is not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and if available we will provide it.

-: Arrival after hours:

-: Our check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday to Sunday at our office "Carrer de Hercegovina, 1 LOCAL 08021 Barcelona". Outside these hours we will charge €50 in cash as late check-in

-: Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros.

-: Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbours intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €400 (in addition to the police fine).
