Large apartment with Eixample on your doorstep

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment - it had everything we needed and was bigger than we expected. We appreciated the air conditioning! The welcome gift pack only contained two coffee machine pods (!) but luckily Eixample has a wealth of fabulous coffee shops, bars and eateries to explore. Great spot on an intersection so in the thick of the action.

The apartment was very nice. True to pictures and description. Very centrally located to access all that Barcelona has to offer. I couldn’t have been more pleased. Highly recommend.

Great location extremely clean. Only issue (but not for me) elevator did not work for a couple of days. And shower could be updated. Just shy of a perfect score of 5.0

Great neighborhood, poor management

We loved the apartment and neighborhood. Unfortunately, we got off to a poor start. We arrived at 8:15 on Saturday night. We were locked out of the building, in the rain, for over an hour. We had advised the property management of our arrival time and they emailed that someone would meet us there. They did not. They sent me a link to an app that didn't open the street door of the building. We called the 24 hour help number and held for 25 minutes to get an English speaker. He was nice, but had no way to help us. Finally, someone exited the building and we told them we had forgot our key and they let us in. The app opened the apartment door and inside on the table was the key for the street door. Our Habitat rep, Nicola Millership, finally called us back the next day. She insisted that the app worked the front door--indicating the error was ours--and the physical key left in the apartment "was just in case you wanted it," We were there for a week, she never contacted us again. One day, we walked up to the building to find an American couple standing at the door with their phone in hand and panic on their faces. "Are you booked with Habitat?" I asked. Yes, they replied, this app doesn't work...they were our new neighbors. We let them in. Habitat needs to make a personal visit to the property to inspect the door. It is unacceptable to leave your guests locked outside in the rain.

Appartement super agréable.

Appartement vaste et lumineux. Petits balcons charmants, jolies moulures au plafond. Du charme. Emplacement très pratique (Metro central) et quartier plein de restos sympas. Un seul et unique bémol la pomme de douche et la robinetterie de la baignoire. Super séjour. Je recommande.

Wonderful location and neighbourhood.

We love to walk around the city. The apartment is just a few blocks away from the main area like Passage de Gracia, Diagonal, and surrounding by various kinds of restaurants. We can easily walk to the many choices of eateries. Also felt safe to walk around even at night with our six years old.
