Excellent location. Very disappointed in the property. 2nd bedroom toilet broke on 2nd night; was not repaired by the time we checked-out. No coffee provided. No instructions on what was available in the home/kitchen. Very loud construction in nearby units. No place to put suitcase in bedroom; had to put on kitchen table. I would not recommend this property.

Der Aufenthalt war toll, leider die Abstimmung mit der Agentur vor Ort alles andere - ich habe einen Tag vor Anreise online eingecheckt. Am Anreisetag kam eine WhatsApp auf Spanisch mit Nennung einer Gebühr von 30 für einen persönlichen Check-in - was ich nicht bestellt habe. Wenn ich nach 19 Uhr kommen würde, würde es 50 kosten. Es ist nur meiner spanischen Freundin zu verdanken, dass ich überhaupt verstanden habe was die Agentur will. Die Begründung war, es gäbe nicht genügend Locks und ich hätte zu spät eingecheckt, da wären schon alle Locks weg gewesen. Es hat mich enorm unter Druck gesetzt, zu einem bestimmten Zeitpunkt vor Ort zu sein - und die 30, die ich bezahlt habe, sind einfach nur ärgerlich. Ich empfehle diese Unterkunft deshalb nicht weiter.Auch die Sauberkeit in der Wohnung war nicht optimal, insbesondere der Boden. Und eine pad- Maschine ohne Pads und eine Spülmaschine ohne tabs ist sinnlos. Ich finde das sind keine großen Beträge, die 5 können gern auf den Mietpreis draufgerechnet werden, aber so muss ich nicht erst einkaufen gehen und riesige Packungen für 3 Tage kaufen..

Me gustó pero tiene varios puntos en contra 1. En la publicación no indica que las llaves te las entregan en otro lugar que no es el apartamento, si deseas que te las entreguen en el Airbnb tienes que pagar a parte más dinero. Lo mismo pasa si quieres pagar presencial, en la publicación dice que el pago es presencial. 2 la casa tiene cámaras en la sala, me pareció mal porque no avisaron y no indica la publicación. Me pareció quitarme un poco la privacidad, entiendo que eran las cámaras de seguridad pero eso se indica en la publicación del departamengo
