Prepare something to eat at home whenever you want in a fully equipped kitchen - fridge, ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, coffee maker and electric kettle - which also has kitchenware and utensils. They have towels and bedding for all guests, air conditioning, heating, safe and Wifi.

We provide an in-house cleaning team for frequent or occasional cleaning services. Monthly utilities are not included in the reservation rate which represents 110€/month.

The signing of a lease by both parties is required before check-in time. Lease agreements on commercial premises that are owned and leased by businesses, in which the name of the tenant who will occupy the property, is not specified are subject to 21% VAT addition to the monthly rent.
