We enjoyed our stay here; good location, close to the metro, with everything we needed within walking distance. Supplies are limited in the unit (not enough hand soap or toilet paper for our four-night stay) and other things that are often provided at similar accommodations (shower gel and shampoo, coffee pods for the coffee maker, etc) were not provided. But the apartment is clean, the beds are comfortable, and the kitchen is useful, as is the laundry.

El apartamento está muy bien ubicado con fácil acceso a la línea de metro a menos de cinco minutos caminando. Una zona muy tranquila con supermercados , farmacia y tiendas de conveniencia cerca. El apartamento estaba limpio, es muy bonito y la persona del check -in nos esperó a llegar. Se recomienda al host actualizar el número de comunicación en la plataforma, ya que a la hora de contactar aparece como número inválido y sólo se mantiene comunicación a través de la aplicación, lo cual dificulta la pronta respuesta en caso de emergencia. no incluye suficientes suministros de aseo como papel higiénico, jabón de ropa, jabón de manos, jabón de lavavajillas, ni artículos de aseo. Y los suministros de cocina están muy desgastados y no encontramos una tabla para picar.

A spacious apartment with a great host in a nice neighborhood, very close to a metro station and Park Guell, lots of places to eat close by as well, highly recommended!

The house was pretty just like in the photos, clean and spacious. The second double bed sometimes gave us some problems but overrall we slept normally. The bathroom was a bit small for 6 people but we manager to organize ourselves since the toilet and the shower are divided from the sink.

Spacious, as described, elevator to the rooms was helpful, fully stocked kitchen for when we wanted a quick breakfast before heading out! It is on a one way street so getting picked up and dropped off by taxis is an Olympic sport!!

Appartamento ampio e pulito, molto confortevole. La posizione è ottima: 10 minuti a piedi dal parc guell, sagrada familia raggiungibile anche a piedi in 30 minuti, fermata della metro praticamente sotto casa. Il parcheggio all interno del palazzo è un grandissimo vantaggio per chi viaggia in auto. Host molto precisa e reattiva nelle comunicazioni. Unico piccolo difetto, l aria condizionata, perfettamente funzionante, era un po' rumorosa.

Stayed 2 nights during the hottest days in summer. The apartment was very clean. Friendly suggestion to provide soap and shampoo in the bathroom, and coffee/tea for short stays. We are used to that in US a it didn’t make sense for us to go shopping. AC wasn’t enough to cool the apartment but it was understandable when it was 40 * C outside. Apartment is in great location. Great communication with owner. Thank you!

Beautiful place and very clean! Only downside was we couldn’t get the AC to work so we had to sleep with windows open. Luckily it wasn’t too hot yet.

A great stay in Barcelona.

The property was exactly as advertised on VRBO. It was as if the pictures on the Internet were taken five minutes before we arrived. Everything was very accurate. The neighborhood is full of markets and grocery stores, so it was very easy to purchase things we wanted during our stay. If there was anything that we needed, we would simply message our host and she would reply very promptly. The apartment was located very close to a metro stop, which is easy to navigate. The maps app on my phone or Google maps would tell you what number train to take and where to train stations if necessary. That made it easy to get around. One of the plusses of the apartment was that it had a washing machine. We did our laundry there without any problems. The apartment was well equipped if you wanted to cook a meal which we did several times for breakfast. The location of the apartment is on a busy street so there is some traffic noise late in the afternoon and early morning. Closing the windows when we went to bed same to help with the noise issue. I hope whoever is reading this review will have as good as stay as we did.

Très bon séjour à Barcelone

Nous avons passé quelques jours sur Barcelone pour le réveillon de la saint sylvestre, excellent. L'appartement de Mariona est parfait pour 2 ou 3. Emplacement à proximité des commerces, des transports en commun tout en étant au calme. Très bonne communication avec Mariona, le parking est un plus car le stationnement est difficile sur Barcelone. assez cher assez

Nice apartment close to Parc Guell

We stayed in this apartment overnight before our trip home to the states. It was clean and comfortable and communication with the apartment manager was really good. It is located in a quieter neighborhood, close to high-end designer stores if that is what you are looking for. You were able to walk to the supermarket and carry our groceries home for a quiet evening meal. Good value and would consider again.

The flat is situated close to public transport, but an easy walk to Park Guell and the lovely architecture, great restaurants and vibrant neighborhood of Gracia. I had a little bit of difficulty with communication in the few hours before checkin due to delayed flight, my email responses not going through, Uber from the airport not being reliable, etc. I understand that it all needs to go through Booking/VRBO (rather than WhatsApp/text), so just be sure to be on their site to respond (and check emails for responses frequently). Once we arrived, checkin was a breeze. Wish we could’ve stayed longer!

Barcelona visit

The property was well located with easy accessibility to Metro. I suggest that the owner provide basic condiments for cooking (oil/vinegar) including some basics, (coffee/tea) and a possible welcome package of cookies/ muffins etc. Additional toilet paper rolls should also be provided. For short stays, guests do not want to be shopping for basic needs. For seasoned travellers, these contributions by the property owner are most welcome. The unit was otherwise most comfortable.

Perfect appartment in great environment, we highly recommend!

It was the best decision to book this appartment. For us, the place was just right. We were two adults (mother and daughter), one bedroom for each. Bathroom seems to be new, the house is clean and in a beautiful environment. Tram station is very near by, so it was very easy to get everywhere we wanted to. The contact with Mariona was easy and pleasent. THANK YOU We can highly recommend the appartment!

Hote pas compréhensif

Déjà bcp de problèmes avec messagerie du site et ne pouvais pas communiquer et changer ma réservation de 3 à 5 pers. Quand elle a su que nous étions 5 car on ne compter pas la voler [personne ne s est caché à l arrivé). Elle m a harcelé pour payer le supplément en urgence en comptant 6 personnes alors que nous etions 5. Dont 65€ pour menage pour 2 personnes en plus et après ça demande 36€ en espece pour parking. La personne comptée en plus ça lui fera le parking surtout que suite à un accident au levé un d entre nous est tombé dans petite chambre et c'est ouvert le crane sur la table de nuit départ en urgence à l hôpital et elle, elle pense que à c est 36€ . Surtout que chambre parentale lit taché de sang cheveux draps pas changés
