Bathroom: A clean, contemporary bathroom featuring a walk-in shower, hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries.

Situated on Carrer de Sant Antoni Maria Claret, the apartment puts you in a safe, vibrant neighborhood away from the heavy, noisy city-center tourist crowds while keeping you exceptionally well-connected.
Hospital de Sant Pau: Literally steps from your front door, perfect if you are visiting the area or exploring its world-famous Modernist architecture.
Only a 2-minute walk to the Sant Pau - Dos de Maig Metro Station (L5), direct line straight through the city.
Sagrada Família: A scenic, pleasant 12-minute walk down the neighborhood avenue leads you directly to Antoni Gaudí’s iconic basilica.
Surrounded by supermarkets, charming bakeries, local cafes, and traditional tapas bars.

Key Information for Your Stay
Check-in is available from 3:00 PM onwards, as we will be cleaning and preparing the apartment for your arrival.
During Reception Hours (Monday-Saturday, 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM) you will be able to check in at the reception, leave your luggage and collect your keys in case you arrive before 3pm.

Outside Reception Hours we offer a self-check-in option. To receive the codes and instructions for the key locker and building entrance, you must first complete the mandatory guest data registration and pay the tourist tax/pending payments via the secure online links we will send you. Self-check-in is available anytime from 3:00 PM after these steps are completed.
Please note that those steps should be completed at least 24hr before your arrival to organize your check-in. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee that you will receive all the instructions in time & there could be considerable delay to enter the apartment (& possible extra charges).

Check-out is strictly at 11:00 AM. On the day of your departure, please ensure all your belongings are packed, kindly take out all trash, leave the keys inside the apartment, and close the door behind you.
Please leave the apartment in an adequate condition after your checkout

Check-in at 11:00 will only be possible when the apartment has not been vacated the same day.

City tax:
10,45 € per night and person will be added to the total price.
- The city tax will apply to a maximum of 7 nights.
- The city tax does not apply to those under 17 years.
- The city tax does not apply to stays longer than 31 nights.
Pets - not allowed
Arrival between 21:00 and 23:00 is subject to 30 late arrival fee.
Arrival between 23:00 and 02:00 is subject to 40 late arrival fee.
