We stayed at Grums for one night since our flight was cancelled & rebooked to the next day due to the storm. Really liked the room we had; no complaints. Staff were all super helpful & accommodating to my requests when I asked face to face/called reception. Also felt safe at this location when we were walking around. If I return to the city, would definitely stay here again!

We arrived early at the hotel and were greeted by an outstanding, warm, friendly and helpful reception! We received that same standard of care and service during our stay from the whole team at Grums! We couldn’t have picked a better place to stay, and we would recommend this hotel without hesitation to anyone visiting Barcelona!

We chose this hotel primarily as it had car parking for our rental vehicle, with good access to the airport road. The room was ok - comfy bed, the breakfast and evening meal were good and it was near a metro station. However, we found the corridors dark and gloomy, didn’t like the bathroom set up (sink in room, toilet and shower together), but most of all, the area around the hotel wasn’t particularly nice.

Das Hotel liegt sehr Zentral . Verkehrsmittel sind in der Nähe und gut zu erreichen. Das Hotel selber ist nicht mehr das jüngste, was mann an einigen Stellen auch sieht. Was aber kein Problem wahr. Das Personal wahr sehr freundlich. Frühstück wahr sehr gut es wahr alles da was mann zu einem guten Frühstück braucht. Ein Danke schön an das ganze Team.

Nice hotel as far as location and convenience. We stayed here specifically because it was close to port for our cruise. The front desk were super nice and helpful with everything. Room was nice and clean and everything we needed for a night. We also stayed in their outdoor area which was nice as well as had dinner there and it was very delicious. Their breakfast was amazing in the morning and definitely worth it. The thing I didn't like too much was the area outside and walking around- seemed sketchy here and there but we enjoyed it. I would recommend this hotel!
