Funcionários excelentes, porém o hotel estava passando por reforma, ocorrendo alguns barulhos, durante o período da manhã. Localização, perfeita, perto de praticamente os principais pontos turísticos, dando pra fazer tudo a pé.

The rooms are clean, modern, and comfortable. The only thing that was missing, in my opinion, was a small refrigerator to keep drinks cold, especially since there isn’t a bar on the property. Other than that, the location is fantastic—it’s a truly beautiful neighborhood that feels safe and pleasant.

They didn’t inform us that there would be construction in the floor under us, and after noticing the floors above had empty rooms they didn’t agree for us to take those rooms. Then we asked for late check out at the least, and they refused this also. Air condition function was the opposite of how the meter usually works, they didn’t inform us on this either. Roomg had no ventilation so it became a sauna after every shower.

Hotel in ottima posizione,si può raggiungere la metropolitana a piedi in 5/10 minuti. Personale super gentile e disponibile, camere pulite e letto molto comodo. Al momento del check out c'è la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli al personale, senza portarseli in giro, cosa non da poco. Se dovessi tornare a Barcellona di sicuro sceglierei questo hotel. Lo consiglio vivamente!! 😃

O Hotel é bem localizado e o quarto é bom. A cama é imensa e macia e o banheiro é grande e limpo. A única coisa é que o quarto não tem armários nem frigobar, o que dificulta um pouco a estadia. Além disto, o Hotel está todo em reforma e não é possível usufruir de nada alem do quarto e a recepção. Acredito que a informação de reforma deve vir antes da reserva, para que não haja surpresas. Tem estacionamento, que é bom, e os funcionários foram prestativos.

Didn't use much of air conditioner because of weather. The hotel is in a good location in Barcelona, we walked to a lot of attractions. The staffs are very friendly, not only gave us the Barcelona map and also pointed some attractions on the map.

Barcelona has become a city where the hotel are really too expensive... and most of the time the quality/price ratio is really not ok, I have to say. H-Regas, is still expensive for the the quality, but is definitely one of the best recent experience in Barcelona!

The hotel is currently under renovation and my review reflects that status. It might be great and I wouldn't have left a poor review if I'd known it was going to be under reservation when I made my booking, but only discovered this when I walked into the noise filled lobby. My room itself was fine and there was no construction on the weekend, though I will note that (like many hotels in old buildings) the noise insulation was poor. Location was great and the staff were kind.

Staff very nice specially Juan but unfortunately when i did the reservation there was any note about the remodeling, so very noising between 09:00 am to 05:00 pm. and we was advise at the check in already to late to change hotel and of course the pictures on the website doesn't are the reality specially lobby and the room corridors. The room was new and AC cooling well but the floor not clean not recommending for now and the entry from the street ugly and stinky. Need to notify on the website for the remodeling
