Amazing location in Barcelona

Loved this place! Super clean and we especially loved the large outdoor deck. It’s located in a great spot which allowed us to walk to most of the spots we were visiting.Also - great communication with the owner prior to our visit and after. Highly recommend :)

Lovely area and great apartment

Though small, this is a great apartment in a lovely neighbourhood. It was a little difficult to figure out the access, but once you got it...smooth sailing. The little terrace was awesome an lovely to sit ou there at the end of a day touring and have a glass of wine

Wonderful trip to Barcelona!

My family loved the apartment and very much enjoyed our time there. It was attractive and comfortable with plenty of room and light. Also , the location was perfect for touring the city. I was happy I chose this apartment instead of a hotel as we had more room and could make a meal together when we wanted . The porch is also a nice additional feature .

Stayed in this apartment for ten days with my husband our son and his partner. Very good location for what we wanted. Easy communication with host. Bathroom and especially shower rather small. Kitchen facilities ok though no oven shelves. We didn’t make any meals in apartment so not a problem. Furniture and fittings scarce and a bit tired.

Clean Apartment Centrally Located

We pretty much only slept here after day trips & exploring Barcelona. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was fully equipped. Grocery store across the street - was nice to make coffee in the mornings. Metro stop close by. Owner was very helpful & gave us recommendations for restaurants. No clothes dryer, but there was a drying rack on the patio. Appreciated the toiletries that were provided and the fans in the bedrooms. Overall a positive experience.

Although the location is ideal and the person with whom I communicated was responsive, the overall experience was negative. The photos of the apartment make it look far, far better than what it really is. The bathroom is miniscule. I am 5'6'' and weigh 15o lbs. I cannot imagine a person bigger than me not having serious problems showering there. The sofa bed might be a wonderful bed, although we did not need it so I don't know, but as a sofa, it was incredibly uncomfortable. The place is probably ok for a short stay but not for a longer period of time, as we did. I could go into more details, but I will conclude by saying that my wife and I have been going to Barcelona for the last 25 years, almost yearly. This is probably one of the least welcoming places where we have stayed. Not worth the steep price.

Great location, flat was clean and well presented with all the expected amenities. Having the balcony was great, we had breakfast each day out there which really set the day off nicely. Hosts were really helpful, despite some issues with the tourist tax portal, and replied to all our queries very quickly. Would 100% stay again.

Don’t waste your money!

Not only were the check in instructions completely wrong, but the “emergency” help representative digitally unlocked the wrong apartment and instructed me to enter. Host refused to call or answer. Once we finally got in to the correct apartment (which is up multiple flights of stairs, not as described) it was in terrible condition. There is no dead bolt/no safety lock so I had to push the desk in front of the door at night for peace of mind. This is not a safe neighborhood!The light switches were broken, there was no toilet paper, even the cork screw in the kitchen was broken. We had to buy supplies to sustain the few days we ended up staying. I will never use Vrbo again because of this experience. Don’t waste your money on this listing, it is deceiving!

Well situated and clean apartment that doesn't live up to its promise

The quiet apartment is spacious, but the furnishings are not what we expected from the photos and the descriptions: There were not enough dishes, glasses and cooking equipment for 4 guests, so the dishwasher was not useful. The heating and the electric jalousie in the living-room didn't work.The floor lamp in the living-room was out of order. There were no table runners and no pictures but one with a broken frame, only some remaining nails on the walls. What a shame! This apartment really needs some care. Then we would come again.

Gute Lage

Die Wohnung ist gut und verkehrsgünstig gelegen, auf dem Balkon ist genug Platz. Leider ist das Haus sehr hellhörig und die Nachbarn sind sehr lange laut, vor 24 Uhr ist keine Ruhe im Haus. Die Wohnung ist schön groß aber leider war es ziemlich staubig. Die Küche ist etwas knapp ausgestattet, nur 3 große Tassen, keine Geschirrtücher. Grundlegende Dinge wie Salz, Pfeffer oder Zucker fehlen ganz
