I travelled here solo and found every staff member i came across so kind and helpful. Breakfast was great! Location is close to the beach, accessible to public transit (I didn’t personal use it), and easy to find taxi/ride shares. Rooms were clean, well equipped. Small bodega / store just across the street for basic snacks / drinks / alcohol. I felt very safe as a solo, female traveler. I would definitely stay again and would highly recommend!

It is a wonderful hotel and a great place to stay. It is conveniently located close to the beach, as well as many bars and nightclubs. However, the best part of my stay was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Their excellent service made my experience even more enjoyable. I will definitely come back.

Front desk doesn’t care, put us in someone else’s room. Only found out when they showed up while I was dressed à la Winne the Pooh . Poor women didn’t deserve that, no apology at the desk or any compensation. Rooms had peeling wall paper disintegrating floor boards by bathroom and windows and stains on the lamp shad and comforter has seen better days , overall very dated everything in the room. Bring your blocks as no usb plugs in room . Pay a little more and their is much better available ! Not worth it’s proximity to the beach.

I came for a conference and stayed for the sightseeing. The front desk sas wonderful. I had to add an extra day and instead of making me change rooms during a hectic day, the clerk did it right then and had a pleasant conversation with me All of the staff had this attitude. And it's on the beach Would gladly go again
