The balcony is amazing for a look over the city especially before sunset. The views towards Segrada Familia from two of the bedrooms are wonderful. The congiege Spanish speaking guy is lovely- always greeting us with a smiling “Hola”.We equally ate out and then in after buying food from La Concepcio Market. If there take a ticket from Debon and try out their jamon and more!

The location of the condo was perfect. We were able to go almost everywhere without having to take a taxi. The view was spectacular!We only have a couple of complaints - the beds were the most uncomfortable beds we’ve ever slept in and we travel quite a bit. My husband and I woke up every morning in agony with sore backs and hips. The 2nd bathroom had a handheld shower that didn’t have anything to hang it to so our friends had to hold the nozzle with one hand while trying to wash with the other. If it wasn’t for these 2 major issues, I would have given a score of 10. Peter was great!

After checking in, we found out the pool had been closed for weeks and we were not informed. A review several weeks before we arrived also warned that the pool was closed, yet they claimed they “didn’t know” the pool was closed. There is no way this pool will be open this summer (the water has been drained and 0 work was done on the pool during our 9-day stay). Only booked this place because of the pool. We were not offered any compensation/refund for this false advertising.

Amazing views and central location

From the 17th floor, this property has unforgettable views of Barcelona and Sagrada Familia. The apartment has modern features and, while small, was comfortable for a family of five. The location at Plaza Tetuan is convenient for any destination. The only gripe is that the pool was under construction, which was not disclosed in the Vrbo listing or after we booked.

Barcelona apartment

The apartment is clean, comfortable and the views from the balcony are amazing! Communications with the check-in agent were challenging and resulted in a late arrival to check us in. The location is great - walkable to many tourist attractions, as well as grocery stores and pharmacies.

What a fantastic rental property! The views from the bedrooms are incredible. The patio in the evening and at night has such an incredible feeling looking over the city. We absolutely loved it and would stay again 100%!

Wonderful location

Really enjoying our stay in Barcelona. The host company was very responsive, check in/out was easy. The location was incredible a bit away from the busy city center, more residential area. Great restaurants shorts walks to most of all the cultural sites.

Perfect for our Family of Four

Our family of four travelled from Toronto to stay here. The location was perfect for us! It was walking distance to most of the places we wanted to go and if we needed one there were plenty of cabs at our front step. We really enjoyed the vibe of this part of Barcelona with all the cafes and restaurants within walking distance. This was just far enough away from the craziness of La Rambla to enjoy the restaurants and city life of Barcelona. I would highly recommend. The view was also as advertised and we enjoyed the patio. I will note that our family is from a big city and we are used to walking (up to 20 minutes) to do activities. We enjoyed the walks and it was part of the experience for us. That might not work for everyone but it really worked for us. Also the window situation was something to be mindful of as if you have little ones. They open right up and they are large enough for people to go through if they wanted (no bars or safety). I would not recommend if you have very small children who are unpredictable. 15 minute walk to Sagrada Familia Church 15 minute walk to Park Güell 20 minute walk to Gothic Quarter 10 minute walk to fancy shopping

Perfect for families

We visited with our family of 5. The bedrooms were perfect for all of us! The balcony was perfect, especially to see all the fireworks Sant Joan! It was close to the metro, Sagrada Familia & the Gothic Qtr. The view of Sagrada Familia was a special touch! Would strongly recommend this to families. It was clean, updated ... can't say enough!

Awesome

Check in was easy after taking a taxi from the airport. We met Peter and he went over everything at the apartment. It was a nice, clean apartment. The views were awesome and it’s so close to taxis, bus stops, metro and supermercados and Aldi. I would say it’s centrally located to everything including restaurants and walking distance to many sightseeing places. We loved it there. We highly recommend this apartment.

Excellent apartment with amazing town view

Staff was very helpful - we were called time prior checking and reminding us about payments deadline. Check-in agent met us in the apartment, he was very helpful and friendly. Apartment's layout is excellent for family - 3 small bedrooms and 2 bathrooms allow privacy for parents and separate sleeping areas for children. Kitchen has all new appliances, and everything what may be needed for cooking and serving meals for the family. The most important - incomparably amazing town view from the balcony and bedrooms windows!

Great location

Although the location is great, the apartment was a little small and not terribly useful for any more than 3 people. The neighbors in the apartment next door were extremely noisy at all hours of the day and night, until 3-5 in the morning. The apartment itself looks like a rental unit, kind of tired and beat up. It could definitely use some fixing up.

Pleasant stay, safe, enchanting views.

We had a fine time at this space overlooking Placa Tetuan. Plenty of room to stretch out, fun 17th-floor view watching traffic from the balcony, for us no problem walking everywhere we wanted to go. Several favorite restaurants just up Sant Joan (Petitbo for breakfats -- outstanding). Lots of equipment if you want to cook. Host Daniele was trippy, an amusing character. All good. (Although bring your own tp.)

Really well-equipped apartment in amazing location

Owner was extremely helpful and made the check-in process easy. Apartment was exactly as it looked, but the views were much, much better. Magnificent outlook, as long as you don't mind heights. We'd definitely stay there again.
