Modern and spacious w/ private pool close to BCN

Modern country villa of Catalonia Houses with private pool and beautiful views of the National Park of Sant Llorenc de Munt, just 20 km from the center of Barcelona!



The villa of 300 square meters is situated on a plot of land of 810 square meters and offers complete privacy with unrivalled countryside and mountain views. Five bedrooms, 4 bathrooms generous sized living areas, large outdoor dining terraces, and a private swimming pool (4.5m wide x 8.5m long, minimum depth 1m, maximum depth 1.5m) plus five sun loungers and an outdoor sofa promise complete relaxation and seclusion during your holiday in Spain.



The exterior of the villa also features a chill-out zone with outdoor beds for sunbathing.



A rustic brick wall separates a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances from a classy, charming dining room. Relax and entertain in your living room with a television, DVD player, books, toys, and games for everyone to enjoy.



Five bedrooms welcome up to 14 guests in the following arrangements: (1) 3 singles beds (ground floor bedroom), (2) one double bed (ground floor bedroom), (3) one double bed and 1 single bed, (4) one double bed, (5) one double bed and one single sofa bed, and the common area has two double beds, each sleeping two guests. One of the bathrooms on the ground floor is equipped for guests with limited mobility. Sizes of the beds are 100x200 cm for single bed and 130x200 cm for double bed.



This elegant and modern villa is ideally located for nature lovers, hikers and mountain bikers as it borders stunning Sant Llorenc de Munt Natural Park. Guests are welcome to bring pets with pre-approval and for an additional fee. Please inquire for more information.

Staff very helpful.

Staff very helpful. Villa was very comfortable although we have stayed in many villas in many different countries and have NEVER had to pay for towelsbed linen (something you may want to address in the future). We were pleased with fully locking gates at the villa but felt the location was too far from any shops, barsrestaurants as we like to stroll out of an evening but this of course is only our personal preference.

Bonjour, 17 au 31 août Nous avons passé 2 semaines dans cette superbe maison. Elle est comme sur les photos. Les pieces sont grandes le jardin a une bonne dimension et tout le necessaire poir y vivre a disposition, four, machine a lave, couvert poele, congélateur en periode de chaleur tres utile avec 2 frigo. La piscine parfaite les enfants ont appréciés et passés beaucoup de temps a faire trempette. La propriétaire est très très disponible aux moindre probleme elle arrive sur place en moins de 2h, aimable, avenante et chaleureuse. Ne s'impose pas dans la maison nous laisse de l'intimité. Points a prendre en compte: LES MOUSTIQUES. Ce sont des moustiques tigres donc très agressifs, ils sont très presents le matin et en fin d'après-midi donc prendre un repulsifs puissant car ils piquent même sur le front et le cou. La distance avec barcelone est a peu pres de 40 min ce qui peut etre assez long si vous souhaitez en profiter et surtout les routes de montagnes sont très sinueuses et non éclairées ce qui peut etre lassant a la longue. Ville de Sabadell a peu près a 18 min, restaurant magasin petite ville sympathique pour boire un verre. Bon séjour dans l'ensemble. Cette maison est idéal pour les familles ou groupe d'amis qui veulent du calme loin du tumulte de Barcelone.

Excellent stay in Can Vinyals Hills!

I, my husband and his parents had an excellent stay here. The apartment is just as advertised, and is in a great located. It has high ceilings and nice furnishings, and also a fully stocked kitchen (in terms of kitchenware), so it would be easy to cook meals there. Overall, it was exactly what we were looking for and we would stay again if in Spain.

Excellent apartment in a great location!

This is an excellent apartment. It is newly remodeled, tastefully decorated and very clean. Plenty of sun light! The kitchen is fully stocked (there was not an instance when we needed something that wasn't there), there are plenty of towels and even beach towels, mats, and umbrellas. Plenty of closet space with drawers and hangers. The location is excellent: quiet neighborhood yet plenty of restaurants and cafes, a bakery and a gourmet store within 500 meters. Finally, the owner, was very professional, helpful, and clearly trustworthy. We certainly hope to return.

Excellent apartment with very friendly owner

We had stayed for a week in October and could not think of been happier than this, a pleasure to stay there and the owners are very friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The villa gives lovely views of the Sant Llorenc de Munt National Park from the top. The apartment is clean and comfortable, there is a supermarket near by and a metro takes you to the Barcelona.

We are totally in love with this villa. The layout, decoration and ambiance are wonderful, highly recommended for honeymoon or weekend gateway with your love one. The staffs are very friendly, and the villa is top condition. It was our second booking with Catalunya and same excellence in service is here too. The location is very convenient to Barcelona as well to Girona too.The villa was very well-maintained and the service also upto the mark. We will certainly choose Can Vinyals again when we return to Spain
