Horrible - honteux

L’appartement est complètement dégradé, énormément de choses sont cassées, bouton de chasse d’eau, micro ondes, lave vaisselle, portes, table basse. Il y avait 2 verres pour 5, pas de torchon, pas de couette, très peu de lumière….. et je ne vous parle pas du bruit la nuit, c’est une rue extrêmement passante et les fenêtre ne ferment pas bien.

Clean spacious property right in the heart of a lovely area of Barcelona.

Lovely area of Barcelona with easy access to bus routes in and out of city centre. Great shops and restaurants all within easy reach when staying local. Clean and spacious property.

Scam

We were left alone at check-in for literal hours waiting for someone to let us in after we had been communicating our arrival time all day. The place was fine. But I’ve been trying to get the (excessively large) security deposit back for over a month, they keep saying they’ll “check on it” and then never follow up.

Comfortable beds, clean and elevator!

Apartment served us well. The beds were very comfortable and apt was clean. The only drawback was it was like a executive rental, verses a owner VRBO, the kitchen had 1 tablet for dishwasher, 1 tablet for laundry, no paper towels, spices etc...so everything needed to be purchased especially for a longer rental, but It served us for our 4 nights, there is a GREAT restaurant right at the corner of mollo and Ronda General Mitre 114, MUST TRY!

Clean and modern apartment

The apartment is laid out well and comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the morning and watching the neighborhood wake up. The apartment is about 30 minutes away from most of the major sites of Barcelona. We found that the buses were the best way of getting around.

Was good for what we needed.

The apartment was good what what we needed. A little far from the main attractions but we did a lot of walking. Check in was ok. We were able to drop our bags before check in which was helpful. Apartment doesn’t have what you would need for a long stay. When checking in we did not receive much direction regarding the apartment. Given a key and go. No recommendations on the city and where to find things or how to get around. This is more like a business instead of the VRBO experience we have received in the past.

Centrally located updated apartment with friendly helpful staff.

The apt is close to the bus and metro. A bit noisy but convenient. The space is sparkling clean and nicely updated. Lovely kitchen and bath. The bedrooms are close and smallish but comfortable. We would visit again.
