Newly renovated and fully equipped and furnished apartment of 180 m2, located in a building with an elevator and with optional parking in the same building (€ 30 / day).

Barcino Inversions offers you a comfortable apartment with a private terrace and capacity for up to 8 people in 4 comfortable double rooms with 6 single beds and one double, and two sinks with shower and bathtub. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, electric cooker, oven, fridge, freezer, hob, iron, hair dryer, TV, air conditioning, heating and washing machine. Free WIFI.

Around the apartment, you will find supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies and shops. The area is very well connected with metro and bus lines (Muntaner, V13). In the Sarrià neighborhood, you will find jewels from the artistic movement, including some of Gaudí's best works, as well as the best clinics and hospitals (Hospital Clínic, Clínica Teknon, Clínica Dexeus, Hospital Quirón, Instituto Guttmann, Clínica IMO, Institut Català de Retina, Barraquer Clinic, Sant Joan de Déu Hospital, San Juan de Dios Children's Hospital), business schools and schools (ESADE, IESE, UIC, UPC, CEA) throughout Barcelona.

Please note that we can also offer everything you need for your breakfast directly in your apartment for your convenience. We have different types of breakfasts and snacks depending on your needs. Don't forget to ask us about prices 😊

✅ Please note the following important information before booking:

- The Property Manager will send you a 30% link to make the first payment (We do not accept American Express Card).

- The remaining 70% must be paid by bank transfer must be received alleast 3 days before check-in or in cash at the time of check-in.

- A security deposit will be collected by credit/debit card upon check-in at our office or by Online Link. We will process the refund of the deposit within 14 business days.

- Travel cot/Travel cot:
Price: 20.00 EUR / Day / Item. It is not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and if available we will provide it.

-Arrival after hours:

- Our check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday to Sunday at our office "Carrer de Hercegovina, 1 LOCAL 08021 Barcelona". Outside these hours we will charge €50 in cash as late check-in
- The Tourist Tax in Barcelona will be applied.

- Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros.

- Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbours intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €400 (in addition to the police fine).

Old and out dated

To start with, check in is difficult. You have to go to a separate location to get your keys. When we arrived at the apartment, it was in bad shape. Water all over floor, lots of broken things (freezer, desk, dining room chairs, blinds, lights, etc.) They also didn’t even supply basics like 1 roll of toilet paper, hand soap, hand towels. Communication to get things fixed was really frustrating and took lots of time. The apartment is in disrepair, smells funny and is extremely loud. We had trouble sleeping every night bc of street noise and hearing the neighbors above. I do not recommend this property.

Disappointing

We traveled as a family of 4 to Barcelona for 10 days. We thought we found the ideal location but were terribly disappointed from beginning to end. The check in process was complicated…at least much more so than any other vrbo I have ever rented (including those in foreign countries). We had to meet at an office, fill out paperwork, and pick up the keys. The entire process took more than 30 minutes. There was a line of other travelers lined up outside the office waiting to secure their keys as well. We happened to arrive first. We then had to take a taxi to our rental. The building was old and the apartment in a bit of disrepair. We tried to think of it as a charming adventure but soon found many features intolerable. The plumbing left little to be desired. The dishwasher was leaking water all over the kitchen floor despite the fact we never used it. We immediately contacted the agency who said they would send someone to fix it…this was on day 2. By the time we left on day 10, that someone was yet to arrive. We made full use of the mop that we found on the outside patio. The drains for both faucets in the primary bath remained clogged the entire stay. Again, no response from management. Although the apartment had great access to stores, restaurants, and the metro, the neighborhood was very noisy all night long. It was not filled with noise from restaurants, clubs, or tourists. It was filled with noise from street traffic. Trash in very large bins lined every street. It was collected by large, noisy trash trucks every night around midnight. After that, another large truck came to wash the trash bins. After that, another truck came to hose down the sidewalks. This process went on for 2-3 hours…every night! In addition, you can hear loud motorcycles and cars going up and down the street all night long. The windows and insulation are not what most people might be used to. If you’re looking for a peaceful night’s rest, this is not the place for you. Furthermore, the AC system only cooled certain parts of the apartment. The primary bedroom was not one of those parts. It made for very warm nights in the midst of a summer heatwave. The furniture was inadequate and uncomfortable. Everything from the dining room chairs to the beds and bedside tables(which were made entirely of metal…anytime you put down an item it made a loud clanging noise)need to be replaced. The short story is find a different rental. I do not recommend My Space Barcelona.

Meets needs of a large group

We were a group of seven adults and this place met our needs of everyone having a bed and room to gather. The patio and two of the bedrooms are exposed to a very loud street with very heavy traffic. There were a few things broken in the condo which were immediately reported and never fixed, for example the dishwasher didn't work, the shade covering the access to the patio was stuck in the down position and door handles fell off in your hand. Normally I would easily flow with these things but My Space Barcelona, the property manager, had been difficult from the start and said theywould charge us for anything broken (or if any rubbish was left in the apartment). My real complaint is with the property management. The office is almost a mile away and they provide no help with getting you or your luggage to the apartment. They provided only two keys to our large group and one of them was incorrect. We notified the office immediately, but due to their limited hours we could not swap the key until 11am the next day. Good customer service would have been to deliver us the correct key. This messed up our plans for the next day as we needed both keys to go in different directions. Overall, the place was as represented and comfortable but I would never rent a place managed by My Space Barcelona again.

Good location close to large grocery store and subway

The apartment worked well for us, 2 adult couples spending 5 days as Barcelona tourists. It was just a short walk to the supermarket to pick up the essentials. In general, the place was nicely appointed and gave us room to spread out. They do provide a few basics until you can get to the grocery store like a roll of TP per bath but we bought TP, paper towels, dishwasher soap and other basics that we felt should have been included. On the downside, the front double bedroom (the master) overlooked the main street and was quite noisy, even in the night with garbage trucks and traffic. The rear double bedroom overlooked a school playground heavily used on the weekend and during the week. The single room is very small and right off the kitchen. We had no hot water the first AM which my husband thought he had fixed but in short order a repair man showed up to scold us. I'm not entirely clear what the issue was (may have caused issues for someone else in the building) since I was sleeping. We also got in some hot water over the AC/Heat which did somehow cause issues in other apartments so the repair man just shut the whole thing off which lead to a pretty chilly last night.

Lage gut, sonst....

Die Lage der Wohnung ist gut, alles gut erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist ausreichend gross und ordentlich eingerichtet. Leider ist es an dieser Strasse zu laut, die Fenster lassen den Lärm durch. Im Bad waren die Abflüsse der Lavabos verstopft, sehr unappetitlich. Zähne putzen forderte akrobatische Künste zwischen Lavabo und Badewanne. Das Parkhaus ist für grössere Autos, Vans nicht geeignet, Einfahrt und Abfahrt in die untere Etage zu eng. Wir mussten dann leider in der Strasse parkieren.
