Stay in Ona Living for a week for my business trip. In general, the reception staffs are friendly and helpful. The cleaning maids and technicians can't speak English but are very friendly, too. The sofa bed is getting old so it may not look clean as you expected. The shower head also needs to be fixed or replaced. The location is close to two different subway entrances which can access several lines. A fully-equipped kitchen is provided, but there is no laundry machine for this apartment. The first night the fire alarm went off and lasted for almost two hours. That could be one of the downsides without staffs for the night shift.

The shower head holder was too high up and the shower head needs to be replaced. The heating was fixed to be 26 degrees. Usually too hot to sleep with it on. Other than the above, evrything was great. The location was good and the receptionist was wonderful.

Close to Metro. Very convenient. Off-city residential area with a lot of non-tourist shops nearby, a plus to me for experiencing locals' living. Nice. Big entertainment/shopping complex (Gran Via 2) is just on the other side of the street.

A very nice apartment with small kitchen and necessary kitchen utencil. The apartment is located at a walkable distance to Metro station, bus stop, shopping mall, supermarket, restaurants and park. The apartment is close to Metro N9 line from airport and easy to locate. Its location not only convinent to buy daily stuff, but also easy for guest to and from sight seeing places. The staffs there were consider helpful in general compare with the people in Barcelona. Yet, ensure your check-in time as not front desk assistance after certain hours. The apartment is clean in general. Open Kitchen is big enough to cook breakfast and dinner if necessary. It is a bravo idea for family travel if you do not want to take breakfast outside everyday. Laundary could not easily handled by the washing machine.

Just far away from city centre, but you take bus just near the hotel. Very convenience. However, if you want to use wash machine to wash clothes, you need to pay €3. If the room have wash machine, if would be good for me. However, I encountered the air conditioner was broken down, but no one connect with me to tell this situation. Fortunately, next day is quickly to fix it.

Nice & Clean apartment

Location: The hotel is not close to the city center. However, it is next to the metro station (i.e., Europa Fira) & opposite to a big shopping mall; Facilities: The room is clean and well-equipped even though the sofa bed was quite old. High-speed wireless Internet was offered; Service: The receptionists are very friendly and helpful. I am particularly impressed by the hospitable service by Ramon - one of the receptionists;

我们一家是四人，租了一间一室一厅的，整个公寓都很新，从主卧到厨房，还准备了厨房的洗碗工具，是近年住的最好的，对面就是大家乐福，开到晚上十点，买东西很方便，其他吃的也很方便，出门不远有小的地铁站，对我们这种没车的也很方便，一家人住的都很满意

I am attending this year MWC and the hotel location is the nearest to MWC. I love the location and the place is very clean. Service is very nice as well. The only down point is the bed is not comfortable.

We loved our stay and will definitely book again should we visit Barcelona again. Only slight negative was only having 1 room key. On check out a couple of lads left their room key in the room and there was no way of getting another at 4am in the morning. Other than this it was clean, warm and cosy. 5 Stars from us

Wir waren vom 01.01. bis 05.01.2026 im Hotel Ona Living Barcelona und hatten insgesamt einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Das Hotel machte von innen einen modernen und gepflegten Eindruck. Wir hatten ein Appartement im Erdgeschoss, das gut ausgestattet war: ein bequemes Doppelbett sowie ein ausziehbares Sofa. Alles befand sich in einem Raum, außer dem Badezimmer. Die Küche verfügte über das notwendige Geschirr, sodass sie für drei Personen vollkommen ausreichend war. Nach einem langen Sightseeing-Tag war es im Winter zunächst etwas kühl im Appartement, jedoch heizte es sich sehr schnell auf. Die Heizung funktionierte einwandfrei. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Rezeption war zwar nur bis 17 Uhr besetzt, aber bei Fragen konnte man jederzeit eine Telefonnummer kontaktieren und bekam schnell Unterstützung. Die Lage ist in Ordnung und wir fühlten uns jederzeit sicher. Ein großer Carrefour-Markt befindet sich in einem Shoppingcenter etwa 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Abends konnte man zudem in kleineren Geschäften in der unmittelbaren Umgebung einkaufen. Mit dem Bus erreicht man die Plaza España in ca. 15 Minuten und die Plaza Catalunya in etwa 20–25 Minuten. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden und würden das Hotel definitiv wieder buchen.

It was okay . I got lucky i used the fawlty toaster and it tripped the circuit. It was 4.30 if it had happened 30 minutes later ( no person after 5pm) i would have been powerless and in the dark . I told tte reception lady that toaster is fawlty and even after leaving i emailed on behalf of the next occupants to remove the fawlty toaster. I didn't even get the courtesy of a reply
