The location is great, and the room was very clean. However, there were no tea or coffee facilities available anywhere in the hotel. Also, the security could be improved, as it was very easy for anyone to access the property. I didn’t feel completely safe, especially at night, given the protests and acts of vandalism happening outside during my stay. Improving security and providing basic amenities such as tea and coffee would make the experience much better.

We had a pleasant stay. The hotel is centrally located, cant ask for a better location when you’re on Passeig de Gracia (shopping, dining and Gaudi houses). We rarely used any transportation to get to places. The staff were helpful and housekeeping was provided everyday (there doesnt seem to have an option without it). Shower’s water pressure was great and aircon was strong. the handwritten departure card was very sweet. One thing to keep im mind is that the hotel is located directly above the subway/train station so it’s not the right accom if you require complete quietness. Otherwise we’d 100% recommend this hotel for people travelling to Barcelona!

We were very happy with our stay at the hotel. The location is fantastic, within walking distance of all the major attractions, which made it very convenient for exploring the city. We also chose to upgrade our room to a larger one with city view, and we were happy with our decision. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, for a 3-star hotel, we were very pleased with the experience and would happily stay here again,
