Good location
This apartment is in a great location, about 600 meters from the Sants train station, and an even shorter walk to the Plaza Espana metro station. The apartment served the needs to a family of 4 reasonably well. Check-in was not smooth, as the owner and I did not clearly communicate on the specific building number of the apartment, and he was apparently not at the apartment at the agreed-upon meeting time. In all fairness I was 20 minutes late due to a delayed train, but according to the agent who did let me in, the owner was not at the apartment at the earlier, agreed-upon time. Once I reached an agent, I had to wait an hour for her to arrive and let me in (the long travel time for her was unavoidable). The apartment and furnishings are not new, but they are in reasonable condition. The beds seem to be institutional bedding, like one might find in a dormitory, and were not the most comfortable. The television and wireless internet access were very good.
