Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. Both bathrooms were dirty, with visible mold in the showers and on the showerheads. We had to purchase Clorox just to feel comfortable using them. The beds had stained linens, and we were only given one towel each to use for a 5-night stay.
Every time we opened the front door, the lights and AC shut off automatically, as if assuming the unit was empty. We had to manually restart everything each time we opened the door.
The building is under construction—a detail that was never mentioned beforehand. One of the rooms was especially noisy due to nearby work, and the elevator wasn’t working on our floor. After a long trip with five suitcases, carrying everything up two flights of stairs was exhausting.
The check-in process was confusing, and communication was poor. We reported the bathroom issue but only received an automated response with no follow-up. Overall, the lack of cleanliness, poor access, and unresponsive management made for a very frustrating and uncomfortable experience.
