The Space:
Upon entering this 1500 sq ft / 140 sq m apartment, you will be stunned by its huge open space and the 5 meter ceilings, making the space feel airy and light. The Gracia Loft comes with details that make this home feel unique, such as the bright central patio and the sophisticated design kitchen and living area furniture with trendy pieces like the elegant sofa located just in front of the big Smart TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with high end appliances and a spacious central island, and comes with wooden and black colors. Integrated with the kitchen island, the nice dining table has enough space for long and amusing evenings. This huge open space that combines the living area and the kitchen is flooded with natural light thanks to the 4 meter high glass walls that lead to the central patio. The master bedroom with double bed and en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower can be reached indoors as well as through the patio. On this floor, you will find another bedroom, fitted with a trundle bed (two single beds) and a lot of storage space. A beautiful second bathroom with shower and mosaic tiles is accessible from this bedroom as well as from the kitchen. Upstairs, in the mezzanine, accessible through the design staircase located in the living area, there is another spacious double bedroom fitted with a queen size bed.
IMPORTANT: This unit can only be rented for a minimum of 31 nights and a maximum of 11 months. In compliance with Spanish regulations (Alquiler de Temporada), guests must sign a stay contract and provide personal and stay details.

The Neighborhood:
Colourful Gracia was once a town in its own right before becoming another Barcelona neighborhood in the late 19th century. Unsurprisingly then, it retains a strong sense of identity and a community feel. The buildings are low-rise, with plenty of examples of art nouveau architecture. It’s popular among artists and 20- to 30-somethings, thanks to its distinctly bohemian vibe and dynamic restaurant and bar scene. If you’re in town in August, don’t miss the barrio’s Festa Major, an annual weeklong street fair that’s a fixed highlight of Barcelona’s cultural calendar.

Cars can stop for a while just in front. Nearest metro stop is Gràcia (FGC), Fontana (L3)

- Please note that this unit is located on the floor 0, street level, of a pedestrian street in Gracia. Only one side of the living area faces the street, but a nice wooden design fence has been installed to ensure privacy. The bedrooms are facing the interior side of the building to ensure a quiet and silent rest.
