This bright, air-conditioned loft apartment has a large terrace with city views. It features a seating area with high ceilings and attractive décor. There are 2 bedrooms. The main double bedroom has an en suite bathroom, and there is a single bedroom with another bathroom. The apartment also has a double sofa bed in the living room.
There is a kitchen with a microwave, fridge and coffee maker. There is also a flat-screen TV and free WiFi.
The building is located within 10 minutes from the impressive Casa Milà and Casa Batlló, and surrounded by exclusive shops, in the heart of Barcelona.
Barcelona tourist tax is of €6.88/adult/night . It is mandatory to show ID/Passports upon arrival or before.

Perfect stay!
This property is exceptional. Our host communicated with us just before arrival making the check-in process a breeze.
The apartment was immaculate and beds and pillows very comfortable. The space was well suited to our family of five.
The location is also perfect for shopping and restaurants.
We would definitely return!

Short stay
The property especially the outdoor space was amazing. Being able to sit and relax watching the city go by was such a treat. The apartment was clean but there was no welcome pack on arrival. Just bare minimum, bottle of water and two coffee capsules which was slightly disappointing. We had a slight issue with where we could leave our luggage. We were told one location which was incorrect and ended up costing us €10 taxi which the office didnt offer to pay even though it was not our error. This didnt impact our stay the apartment is in a great location and we would stay here again. Only thing that i would improve is customers service regarding welcome pack and offer for taxi fare.

Quiet, comfy apartment
The apartment is spacious, comfortable, and very clean. Its location is near the metro so all attractions are a short jaunt away. Since it's not in the super-touristy areas or where cruise passengers visit, it's quiet and more authentic. All the details were handled very well.

Outstanding Apartment
We have been to Barcelona quite a few times and prefer staying away from the visiting crowds. This apartment is in the perfect location in l'eixample. The apartment is just as it is shown and is nicely equiped. The staff managing the property are very helpful. Highly recommend!

Wow, this place is a gem!
This property was even better than we hoped it would be! Great location in a lovely, convenient and safe part of town. The check-in was easy and they even watched our baggage until our place was ready. Per other reviews you will pay off the VRBO site so don't be worried about that. The small bedroom in back was just fine for our teen daughter. The apartment is on the 7th floor so street noise isn't bad, even when you are outside. Yes, there is an elevator! All in all we would love to stay here again!

Big Size VRBO Apartment
This apartment definitely delivered in its size. My family loved the terrace which we utilized for breakfast and after a long day visiting the beautiful sites in Barcelona. The apartment is a bit far from most attractions but overall it was a nice clean well managed apartment.

Perfect for our trip
Exactly as advertised. Very spacious master bedroom and living area. Second bedroom is small but larger than it looks in the pictures. Was perfect for our daughter as her cozy little room. There were a few small issues e,g safe didn’t lock, but the response and service were prompt and all questions were resolved pretty quickly. We felt completely at home. Great stay. Thanks.

Fantastic Apartment in the Middle of Barcelona
We loved the apartment especially the balcony. The location is brilliant for getting around Barcelona - we walked everywhere. Great cafes and restaurants - Barcelona was brilliant for our Gluten Free daughter!

A Modern, Well Maintained and Managed Property
Our family of three had a short 3 night stay at this property in Barcelona. The property manager worked with us on coordinating arrival and met us at the property on time. We arrived by car, and parking was available in a nearby (1 block) parking garage for a reasonable price. The apartment is tastefully appointed, clean and modern, and was more than adequate space-wise for our small family. The balcony overlooking the Diagonal was a pleasant bonus. Location wise, this apartment is on a very busy, main thoroughfare and there is some background traffic noise, however, this location is close to the metro, and within walking distance of many nice shops and cafes. In addition, the property manager was very helpful with tips and suggestions, and made himself available on a moments notice if needed. Overall, a great experience, and a property we would definitely consider renting again for a future visit to Barcelona.

Loved our Barcelona Apartment
Stayed for 8 nights with my daughter and granddaughter.... A wonderful place with a super location. The private deck was so nice at night after a full day on tours, going to beaches or just seeing the sites in the city.
It would be handy to have 1. a little cart with wheels to get groceries, 2. some beach towels but other than that everything was well thought out.
Would definitely stay here again if we ever come back to Barcelona. Great holiday. Thanks Donna

Wonderful spacious apartment.
The master bedroom has a true king-size bed, unusual for Europe. The kitchen was well-equipped and we were able to prepare soup to bring to our friend's house one night. The location is great if you like shopping or visiting Gaudi sites. Easy bus and subway lines to El Born and La Boqueria. The second bedroom is kind of like a large closet with no windows, but the bed is good and it is quiet. Great for kids or an adult who just wants a place to sleep. We would definitely stay again
