This is a very convenient apartment, located in the heart of the Eixample district of Barcelona.
It is an incredible place located in the middle of a very active neighborhood.
The apartment has a doorman during regular office hours.
Filled with bars, restaurants and small shops, the area is considered one of the most desirable in the city.
The apartment is located 500 meters from the heart of the city, Plaza Catalunya.
At 100 meters from the building you will find Passeig de Gracia, the most glamorous avenue in Barcelona with all the emblematic shops of the most famous designers in the world.
It is on the corner of the elegant Rambla de Catalunya and Calle Aragón.
The apartment is also very close to Avenida Diagonal, another commercial area of the city, which divides Barcelona diagonally, creating a direct path between the beach and the mountains.
The apartment has a double bedroom and a bedroom with 2 single beds. Capacity for 4 people very comfortably.
The apartment has 1 full bathroom with shower and a full kitchen.
The living room has a 2-section sofa and a chair and a 32-inch flat-screen TV.
There are 2 giant windows to a terrace that is undoubtedly the best feature of this apartment.
The terrace is covered with high quality artificial grass, there is a table with 4 garden chairs and an awning that protects the sun, which is abundant.
The views of the sea, the mountains and the city are spectacular.
From the terrace you can access the laundry room, with its combination of washer and dryer.
The building has an elevator that takes you to the Attic floor and from there you have to go up stairs 1 floor, to where the apartment is located.
The apartment has its own exclusive line to connect to WiFi. The apartment was renovated at the end of 2017. There is the possibility of adding a cot to this unit.
Key collection will take place at Gran Vía de Les Corts Catalanes 662, where the registration office is located.

30th Anniversary Trip
The view from the balcony is fantastic! The centrality of the apartment’s location is more than great. It’s a very comfortable unit and the beds provided a very good night’s sleep. The apartment is wonderful base from which to explore Barcelona. And did we mention that THE VIEW FROM THE BALCONY IS FANTASTIC?

Très bon sejour
Terrasse superbe, bien situé; il manque quelques éléments de base pour l’entretien (pas assez de savon, pas de produit ménager, pas de serviette pour nettoyer, 1 seul sac à poubelle) pour le séjour de 5 jours. Nous avons cependant très bien apprécié. L’ascenseur est à la fois positif mais bruyant). J’y retournerais sans hésiter.

Great first trip to Barcelona
Perfect location and great apartment for my family’s first trip to Barcelona. We loved being able to enjoy the rooftop balcony in the mornings as well in the evenings with a glass of wine. Weather was perfect when we were there. Taxi stop right out front of building as well as very close to Metro stop that we used all the time with our Hola Barcelona travel card. Only complaint was there was no hand soap/liquid soap for the bathroom or kitchen so we had to buy some from the Mercado down the street. Definitely enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Excellent, convenient location
Wonderful, spacious apartment in the heart of the city. Very quiet. Outdoor patio was a treat. Would rent it again on our next visit.

Barcelona rooftop views
Check in was a few blocks away from the apartment. Counter staff was great explaining the location and neighborhood. The apartment was beautiful; our favorite part was the rooftop desk with city views. The first night we had issues with the key; but the after hours staff was prompt responding to our call. Overall, the apartment was centrally located and very clean. It was walking distance to multiple shops, restaurants, metro, and markets.

Great location - Fabulous roof terrace
Had a great stay. Well maintained property in great location. Roof terrace was a fabulous feature. Staff great - had a problem with power but was sorted immediately, no problems at all - nothing too much.
